Texas A&M returns to SXSW with expanded Fast Company partnership showcasing innovation as a Force for Good
Texas A&M University is returning to SXSW 2026 March 13-15 with an expanded presence in Austin, building on its relationship with Fast Company through a three-day activation at the Fast Company Grill and a new fourth day of joint programming created in partnership with the influential media brand.

President’s Meritorious Service Awards
Winners will be announced later this spring for the annual President’s Meritorious Service Awards, Student Employee of the Year Award and Graduate Assistant of the Year Award, proudly supported by The Association of Former Students since 1986. The Office of the President will present these prestigious awards in recognition of outstanding staff and students who have demonstrated their commitment to the Aggie Core Values of Excellence, Integrity, Leadership, Loyalty, Respect and Selfless Service.

The island campus offers the nation’s most comprehensive coastal, marine and maritime degrees, with undergraduate and graduate programs. The campus is home to Texas A&M Maritime Academy, one of six state maritime academies in the U.S. and the only one on the Gulf Coast.
The education center provides top-tier programs to fulfill student career goals, enhance the region’s economic development and produce a skilled workforce. It serves the Rio Grande Valley and offers 10 undergraduate programs.
The university provides undergraduate and graduate programs in engineering. It also offers instruction in science, mathematics, liberal arts and the humanities.
Texas A&M Health comprises five colleges, integrated University Health Services, several research centers and institutes, and numerous outpatient clinics with a shared mission of advancing health care for all. We serve the state and beyond with seven campuses and locations.
