Texas A&M University honored 12 fallen Aggies on the 25th anniversary of the 1999 Bonfire collapse, one-on-one financial consultations were hosted for retirement planning and a partnership with Operation Hat Trick introduced a collection in support of veterans.

The formal inauguration of President Mark A. Welsh III, Texas A&M University's 27th president, was celebrated in an investiture ceremony, a new Academic Freedom Council was established and a novel partnership with Stewart-Haas Racing was formed.
